Worldpoly1200 Hydra LF hydraulically operated low force butt-welding machine provides an ideal machine for butt welding PE & PP pipes and fittings diameter 630 to 1200.
The machine is the result of more than 60 consecutive years of direct involvement in the PE pipe industry, providing premium equipment for welding both on the work-site and in the factory. The use of virgin Aluminium castings and German hydraulic seals allows for lower weight without compromising strength and performance. Operation is via our portable wired console.
This machine comes with high quality hinged steel main clamps & hydraulic open/close & locking. Includes Remote Monitoring System for on-line assistance; PLC control of temperature; time and pressure; on-board data logging and the ability to weld between clamps 2 & 3 or 3 & 4 making this an exceptionally versatile machine.

Tablet controlled CNC operation. Choose welding standard, pipe OD and wall thickness or SDR - Temperature, time and pressure are automatically controlled.

Main frame includes 4 steel, hydraulically operated main clamps of 1200mm/48" diameter.
IPS machine includes two-piece clamps (4 circles), including 48"x42", 42"x40", 40"x36", 36"x32", 32"x28", 28"x24".
Metric machine includes layer clamps (4 circles), including 1200x1000, 1200x900, 1200x800, 800x710, 800x630mm
Aluminium PTFE coated heating plate and electrically operated facing tool are manually inserted and removed during welding operation.
Electro Hydraulic pump with controls, accumulator and quick release hoses. Includes countdown timers for heating and cooling phases.

Optional steel stub device for welding end fittings, wheeled trolley and on-board diesel generator available.
